Germany is one of the classic hop growing countries, where hops have been grown for centuries. The so-called "noble" hop varieties Mittelfrüh Hallertauer, Spalter and Tettnanger stem from Germany. The largest hop-growing districts are Hallertau. Spalt and Tettnang. German hop varieties are often described as being grassy, spicy and floral.
New harvest
Usually arrives from mid-January to late February, whole hops are often delivered first.
If you cannot find a type of hop on our website, eg it is not possible to request a back-in-stock notification, it is usually because that year’s crop is completely sold out.
