Australia is a relatively new hop growing country on the international market. Cultivation areas are small but the hop varieties are very interesting, and the development of new varieties dynamic. Interest in Australian hop varieties are today large among both homebrewers and commercial brewers worldwide. Australian hops are usually fruity, with aroma and flavour with notes of citrus and tropical fruit.

New harvest Usually arrives from mid-July to late September, whole hops are often being delivered first.
