Tettnanger
Tettnanger is one of the four classic "noble" hop varieties, together with Hallertauer Mittelfrüh, Spalter and Saaz. Traditionally, it is grown in theTettnang district, but nowadays most Tettnanger hops are grown in Hallertau. This is an outstanding aroma hop in fine lagersNormal alpha acid: 3 - 5 %.
