Czech hops

The Czech Republic is one of the classic hops growing countries, where hops have been grown for centuries. This is where the world famous Saaz stems from, which is one of the "noble" hop varieties and is often described as grassy and floral. The German name for this hop variety is Saazer.

Usually arrives from mid-January to late February, whole hops are often delivered first.
