We strive to offer good shipping methods at low cost. We negotiate good freight rates and let the savings go on to our customers.

At checkout you can choose from the available delivery methods based on the contents of your shopping cart. The shipping price is automatically calculated based on the weight and size of the items and your location. Enter your postcode at checkout to see our available shipping methods.

International

Due to the price difference between different delivery options, countries and weight of the package, we can't list the shipping cost for international orders here. In order to find out what the shipping cost is, please place your order and you will find the possible shipping methods based on your order's total weight and current shipping address in the checkout. The shipping costs are automatically calculated and will be updated as you add or delete things from your order.

PostNord Service Point

Delivered to a post agent nearby. One box, up to 20 kg. The service was previously called PostNord MyPack Collect.

PostNord MyPack Home

Home delivery where you can choose delivery time and day. You will be notified the day before delivery with several several time windows to choose from. Evening delivery is offered in many places.

PostNord Parcel (Company Package)

  • Delivered daytime to staffed business address
  • Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • Shipping one or more packages up to a total of 50 kg.
  • Normal delivery time 1-3 working days depending on the location.

PostNord Pallet

  • Delivered daytime to staffed business address
  • Tracking numbers are sent by e-mail when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • Normal delivery time 1-3 working days depending on the location.

Sweden

PostNord MyPack Home Small
  • Delivery to your mailbox.
  • If the package does not fit, it will be forwarded to your nearest post office.
  • Up to 1 kg. Maximum dimensions 340 x 240 x 70 mm
  • Normal delivery time 1-3 working days depending on the location. Calculate delivery time here.
  • Traceable all the way in the PostNords app

PostNord Service Point (formerly MyPack Collect)
  • Delivered to your nearest post office or package box.
  • With the PostNord app you can track the shipment and choose where you want to pick up the package.
  • Package numbers are sent by e-mail when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • When the package is available at the pick-up point, the recipient will be notified.
  • Shipping a package up to 20 kg.
  • Normal delivery time 1-3 working days depending on the location. Calculate delivery time here.
  • If you want the delivery to a different delivery point than the closest, you can type it in the notification area. To see all the delivery points click here.
  • Can also be delivered to Poste Restante.

PostNord Parcel Locker (formerly MyPack Collect Box)
  • Delivered to your nearest PostNord package box.
  • If the package does not fit in the package box, it will be forwarded to your nearest post office.
  • With the PostNord app, you can choose where you want to pick up the package. Unlock the parcel box with the app.
  • Package numbers are sent by e-mail when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • When the package is available, the recipient will be notified.
  • Shipping a package up to 10 kg.
  • Normal delivery time 1-3 working days depending on the location. Calculate delivery time here.
  • Traceable all the way in the PostNords app.

PostNord MyPack Home (Home Delivery)
  • Delivered directly to the door or to the post office
  • Package numbers are sent by e-mail when the order leaves our warehouse.
  • When the package is at the nearest terminal, the receiver is notified with different delivery options - no earlier than the next day.
  • The PostNord app allows you to track the broadcast and make an appointment for delivery.
  • Delivery can also be booked in the evening to most places. Contact PostNord at 0771-33 10 if you have any questions about the delivery options where you live.
  • Shipping a package up to 27 kg.
  • Normal delivery time 1-3 working days depending on the location.
  • If you cannot be on site on delivery, you can approve delivery without receipt. Please note that you are responsible for the package after it has been delivered in this way.
