Weyermann® Carared®

Medium-light caramel malt with soft and aromatic maltiness with light sweetness. Adds a red/amber colour at higher percentages.

Contributes some body and fullness, and increased foam stability. Normally used at up to 25 % of the grain bill.

Colour: 40 – 60 °EBC (16 – 23 °Lovibond)
