Weyermann® Vienna Malt

Slightly darker than pilsner malt and with some aromatic malt notes. Malty flavour with some sweet bread and honey notes.

Use at up to 100 % of grain bill, or at lower percentages to add complexity and malt character.

Vienna malt is slowly dried and has retained most of its enzymatic power, although at a slightly lower level than lighter base malts.
