Weyermann® Eraclea Pilsner Malt

Pilsner malt of the grain variety Eraclea, named after the area Eraclea in northeastern Italy near Venice where it is grown. Gives a very light and elegant taste. Excellent base malt for Mediterranean-inspired lager and ale.
