Weyermann® Wheat Malt - dark
Made from wheat which has been dried longer, for a slightly creamy and malty character. Sweet, bready taste with notes of soft dough. Adds body and silken mouthfeel, and increases the foam stability. Darkens the beer slightly.
May be used in many beer styles, and is excellent in a Dunkelweizen.
