Cryo Pop™ Original Blend pellets 2025, 50 g

The Cryo Pop™ Original Blend is Yakima Chief's latest product development in Cryo technology and beer-soluble compound research and development. Here they have taken the step even further towards "the perfect mix" and not only removed most of the bract / leaf material in the hops, but also analyzed which oils' composition products, ie taste / aromas, really survive in the beer after boiling, fermentation and carbon dioxide scrubbing. Depending on each hop varieties' survivable constituents, hops can provide their best aroma impact into finished beer early or later in the brewing process and in this blend a number of different hop varieties high in beer-soluble compound have been combined to create a perfect mix of massive amounts of tropical fruit, stone fruit, and citrus that will make it into finish beer.

Cryo Hops® is a concentrated form of hops developed by Yakima Chief Hops, where much of the plant parts have been removed but oils and other flavors have been retained. Cryo Hops® can be used just like regular T90 pellets but are best suited for whirlpool or dry hopping. Compared to regular hop pellets, only 50% as much Cryo Hops® is needed to achieve the same taste results.

Cryo Pop™ can be used in late doses in the pot, knock out, whirlpool or in the fermenter.

Dry hops during active fermentation -. Peach, Pineapple, Strawberry, Guava, Mango, Orange

Dry hops after the end of the fermentation - Peach, Grapefruit, Mango, Pineapple, Pine, Sweetgrass
