Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil is a water-soluble liquid dry hop or brite tank addition product. The product is designed to boost flavour and aroma as well as beer yields and is super easy to use. It is also a great product for hop water.
Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil is produced by Clayton Hops in New Zealand. It is extracted from whole hop cones on the same day they were harvested. From bine to bottle in one epic day! The whole hop cones are processed into oil from ‘wet’ hops, meaning straight off the hop plant without any drying or pelletising. You can’t get any fresher than that!
The extraction process does not use any solvents. Amplifire™ Fresh Hop Oil is free of bittering components.
100 mL of Amplifier™ Oil is equivalent to using around 5 kgs of T90 hop pellets.

Hållbarhet?
Vad är hållbarheten på denna (i öppnad förpackning)? Hur bra klarar den oxidering när man väl öppnat den och släppt in syre?

Du bör använda den inom 2-3 månader efter öppning, förutsatt att du kan fylla i lite skyddsgas (CO2, argon eller kvävgas) för att bli av med luft i flaskan. Förvara den öppnade flaskan kylt, men frys inte oljan.

Hur använder man den?

Skaka flaskan före användning. Dosera i ölet istället för eller jämsides vanlig torrhumling, alternativt vid kallkrasch eller direkt i ölfatet. För att få en jämn fördelning är det bra om humleoljan kan blandas ut i ölet, antingen genom agitering eller genom att späda i en mindre del öl som sedan blandas ut i fulla volymen.
