Galaxy

Galaxy is one of Australia's most exciting newly developed varieties of hops and has now finally arrived in Europe. Galaxy is a high-alpha variety characterized by a distinctive aroma / flavor of citrus and passion fruit that becomes more prominent the later in the brewing process it is added.

Typical alpha acid: 12-15 %.
Correct alpha value is printed on the label.
