Dingemans Aromatic Malt
Dingemans Aromatic malt is a specialty malt with a lot of character. Strong, malty aroma with good depth and notes of dried fruit. Adds a deep color with a tint of red.
This malt is kilned and although it retains some enzymatic power it is fairly low in surplus diastatic enzymes. May be used as a specialty malt at up to 30 % of the grain bill, even though it is possible to use much more than that.
Excellent malt for Belgian-style ales, Belgian dark strong ale, Belgian dubbel, as well as for malty lager beers.
