Dingemans Caravienne

Caravienne (also known as Cara 50) is a medium-amber crystal malt that will impart a rich, caramel-sweet aroma and full flavor.

Can be used up to 25 % of the grain bill, and will add a intense red color at higher percentages.

Colour: 40 – 60 °EBC (16 – 23 °Lovibond)
