An Erlenmeyer Flask is the ideal vessel for yeast cultivation.
The borosilicate-glass is of laboratory grade and thus heat resistant.
You can boil wort (or malt extract and water) in the the flask on a stovetop burner, cool it down in a cold water bath and then add the yeast.
Use with stopper and airlock or cover the opening with aluminum foil.
Height: 185 mm
Diameter: 105 mm
Neck: about 35 mm inside diameter
NOTE: Make sure that the flask and the surface it is placed on is at the same temperature. Otherwise the glass might shatter! Therefore, place the flask on the burner before turning the heat on.
