The ultimate cylindroconical fermenter for the serious home brewer, with a brand new cooling jacket and lots of TC connections.
Unitank 2.0 is one of the most complete and advanced fermenters for home brewers on the market. Regardless of whether you want to control fermentation temperature, ferment under pressure, cold crash, carbonate, make an oxygen-free transfer, taste or even serve the finished beer, the Unitanken is prepared for almost anything.
The new version builds on the classic design from Ss Brewtech but with several significant improvements, the biggest perhaps being the cooling jacket that replaces the previous cooling coil in the lid. By pumping coolat through a jacket, you get a larger contact surface and can cool effectively even at lower liquid levels in the fermenter. You can now also clean the inside of the vessel via the CIP method without having to change the lid.
The vessel has a total of 9 TC connections to offer maximum flexibility and hygiene. You can easily connect and disconnect everything from dump valve, sampling valve, carbonation stone, blow-off, pressure bell, diving tube to cap and pressure relief valve. Perhaps the most important racking valve now also has a silicone racking arm that is also the TC gasket, therefore eliminating potential places for contaminants to collect. The racking arm is also locked to the direction of the valve, so by rotating the valve you can also adjust the angle of the arm.
To make maximum use of the Unitank 2.0's potential, we recommend using it together with a glycol chiller and a temperature control system such as Ss Brewtech's FTSs Touch.
