Large scale starter package for brewing 30 - 60 liter batches, and fermentation in 2 x GF30 conical fermentation tank with a GC2 Glycol Chiller for glycol chilled temperature control. Recommended batch volume for filling both GF30 fermenters is approximately 46 L of wort.

This package includes a G70² brewing system including a counterflow wort chiller, a GC2 Glycol Chiller and 2 x Conical Fermenter GF30 with connections.

Controlling the fermentation temperature is one of the best ways to consistently increase the quality of your beer. By stablizing the temperature throughout the fermentation, you ensure that the yeast gets the best conditions for a good fermentation with the right taste profile as a result.

Grainfather G70² is a large brewing system for 30 - 60 L batch volumes, with a grain capacity of 8 - 16 kg. The brewing system builds on the legacy of the immensly popular Grainfather G30, and with updates from the previous version of G70. Included is Counter Flow wort chiller with high capacity for chilling the hot wort to fermentation temperature.

Grainfather Conical Fermenter GF30 is a 30 liter cylindroconical fermenter and storage tank. The tank is double-jacketed, meaning it has double stainless steel walls. Between the walls there is a cooling jacket for glycol cooling and an insulating layer of polyurethane foam. On the inside of the cone wall is a built-in heating element of 30 W. With this you can heat the beer in a gentle way if the temperature needs to be raised.

The control unit with Wifi support allows you to follow and control your fermentation via Grainfathers app.

Grainfather Glycol Chiller GC2 can cool up to two fermenters simultaneously, each with its own temperature schedule that can be pre-programmed or manually changed during the fermentation process.

Ferment at exactly the temperature you want! You can also cold crash and store the beer (down to 4 ° C). * The glycol cooler cools and pumps cooling medium through the cooling sleeve on the conical fermenter. The desired temperature is set via the controller on the fermenter. The refrigerant never comes into contact with the beer, and requires no extra cleaning.
