This fermenter is made from clear, food grade, PET. It's almost completely impermeable to oxygen and thus ideal for secondary fermentations.
Compared to glass demijohns, PET is light and can withstand bumps and knocks without breaking. Glass demijohns are heavy and can be dangerous to handle.
Note: PET can't withstand excessive temperatures. Max 60 °C.
Easy to clean and sanitize. Use PBW for cleaning and Star San or Saniclean for sanitizing. Do not exceed the recommended dosage for PBW.
This fermenter is very similar to Better Bottle in performance and quality, but it has some advantages. It's a bit stiffer and doesn't "flex" as much when lifted by the neck. Also, the walls are completely smooth, making it easier to clean and sanitize.

En perfekt mellanlagringsbehållare... Om man vill kan man jäsa i den också...

Lätt men ändå stadig. Min första PET carboy. Använder den för att lagra mjöd efter jäsning. Man kan följa klarningsprocessen väl.
