FermZilla Tri-Conical is a cylindroconical fermentation vessel in pressure-resistant PET plastic in which you can ferment, dump the yeast then mature, all in one vessel. The yeast collection vessel and it's butterfly valve is now redesigned wiith TC (Tri Clamp) connectors.
With the accessories FermZilla Pressure Kit and BlowTie Spunding Valve Kit, you can also ferment under pressure, carbonate the beer and then serve the finished beer directly from the FermZilla. In other words, it is a true Unitank!
The transparent body is made of PET, which gives it good resistance to oxygen while allowing you to see what is happening during the fermentation process. The body is also conical, which means that yeast and hop particles collect at the bottom valve. There, with the help of the yeast collector, you can easily remove the trub. The butterfly valve has a 3" TC connection to the fermenter which makes it easy to disassemble for cleaning.
The lid of the fermenter and the yeast container have two PET bottle threads each where you can connect a PET adapter or FermZilla Pressure Kit. This enables, among other things, oxygen-free dry hopping and pressure fermentation with the help of a spunding valve.

Ganska besviken på den här. Locken uppe och nere fastnar ofta. Avdragaren borde vara standard. Tycker att den nedre jäst behållaren är svår att montera. Vilket gör att det inte blir tätt och läcker. Sen borde Kegland satsa på att göra manualer/instruktioner till sina produkter. Det tror jag skulle underlätta för många.

Utmärkt produkt, lätt att installera och använda, och billig jämfört med stålversionen. Egentligen jäser en NEIPA, på tryck utan problem Bra service från Humlegården, för att frakta FermZilla snabbt från Sverige till Frankrike jag rekommenderar verkligen

Gen 2 eller Gen 3 ?
Enligt Kegland är Gen 3 genomgående 3” TC i butterfly ventil och jästsamlaren.

Hej. Jag undrar vilket steriliseringsmedel som skall användas. De som KegLand rekommenderar har ni inte, ej heller någon annan i Sverige. Vad jag kan se. Har ni något alternativ?

Det går att använda medlen PBW och StarSan till FermZilla, de är motsvarande de som nämns i instruktionsmanualen.
Kom ihåg att dosera korrekt och följa anvisningarna.

Hej undrar vad är minimum volym vid tryckjäsning i fermzilla 27 liters ?

Det finns ingen rekommenderad minimumvolym för jäsning under tryck från leverantören, men det måste åtminstone vara så mycket vätska att det flytande stigröret kan fungera.
