Weyermann® Beech Smoked Barley Malt

Unique, relatively mild smoked malt from Bamberg, Germany. The malt is dried with smoke from birchwood, which adds delicate smoke character with notes of charcuteries and low levels of vanilla.

May be used at 100 % of the grain bill to produce typical smoked beer, or at lower percentages to add an interesting smoky quality to beers. Low in colour.
