Blend of sugars and malt extract formulated to increase mouthfeel and body without changing fermentability of your beer.
Created to be used with Mangrove Jack's extract kit to produce a fuller beer than using dextrose alone. At the other end, the beer will not be as heavy and caramel-like as if you were to use liquid malt extract.
Beer Enhancer 1 is intended for use in lighter, drier beers, such as lagers, pale ales and pilsners. For dark or heavy beers, Beer Enhancer 2 could be considered an option. Beer Enhancer can also be used in all-grain brewing if you want to increase the wort strength but retain the mouthfeel and fermentability.

Ersättare för maltextrakt
Hej.
Jag tänkte använda den här produkten som ersättare för Muntons torra, ljusa maltextrakt. Kan jag räkna med samma viktdosering i recept eller gäller annan kalkyl?

Det är ungefär samma förjäsbarhet, Beer Enhancer ger ett aningen torrare resultat än maltextrakt.
