Peated Malt

Peat smoked malt with very strong smoke flavor. While this malt is intended for whisky, it also works well as a specialty malt in beer.

Colour: maximum 4 °EBC (maximum 2 °Lovibond).
Rökighet: 25 – 50 ppm.
