Mandarina Bavaria was developed by Hüll Hop Research Cente in Germany in 2012 in an attempt to breed an European allround hop. Is a daughter to Cascade, Hallertauer Blanc and Hüll Melon.
Aroma: Grassy and herbal with fruity citrus flavors. Hints of strawberries, gooseberries and cassis.
Origin: Tyskland
Typical values:
Alpha acid (correct alpha value is printed on the package): 6 - 11 %
Cohumulone: 31 - 35 %
