Antioxidizing agent that reduces the potential of oxidization and prolonges the shelf life of beer.
May reduce some astringency and improve the clarity of the wort.
Neutralizes Lipoxygenase (LOX) during the warm side of the brewing process. Effectively reduces the oxygen levels in the brewing liquid and mash. At normal dosage, the active ingredients are reduced during the wort boil. Add to the mash water prior to mashing in.
Contains: Potassium metabisulphite E224, L-Ascorbic acid E300, gall tannin
Dosage: 5 - 10 g per 100 liters of wort
