Amoretti Artisan is a concentrated, naturally produced alternative to purées and aromas for flavouring beer, cider, mead, hard seltze and other beverages, as well as pastries, desserts, smoothies and icecream.

Amoretti Artisan Natural Lychee captures the flavor of fresh, fragrant lychee year-round. Showcasing a beautiful color, irresistible sweetness, and balanced tartness.

Easily soluble and can be added on the cold side of the brew. If introduced in fermented beverages, Amoretti Artisan should be added at the end of primary fermentation while yeast is still active, since it contains fermentable sugars.

Recommended dosage: For beverages 0.5 - 1 % of weight (equals 5 - 10 mL per liter), for foods and desserts 3 - 5 % of weight. Small-scale trials are recommended to determine dosage.

• Improves the capacity of the brewery
• Less volume loss compared to fresh fruit
• Easily soluble
• No preservatives or artificial sweeteners
• Shelf stable (even after opening) (store refridgerated after opening)
