Amoretti Extract is a highly concentrated aroma of Espresso Coffee.
60 mL of Amoretti Extract can be enough for flavouring 600 Liters of beer, cider, hard seltzer and other beverages. Also suitable for pastry, desserts, smoothies and icecream.
Easily soluble and should be added on the cold side of the brewing process.
Recommended dosage for beverages: 0,01 - 0,02 % (equals 10 - 20 mL per hL).
Recommended dosage for foods and desserts: 1 %.
Small-scale trials are recommended to determine dosage.
