Pectoenzym in powder form. Used for wine or fruit juice with a lot of pectin. Breaks down the pectin in the fruit, increasing the juice yield and prevents cloudiness afterwards. Best kept in the refrigerator.
Dosage: 1 g per kg of fruit or per 5 liter juice. 12 hour contact time at 20 °C, lower temperatures may be compensated for by increasing the dosage rate.
