A blend of organic salts, vitamins, amino acids and trace elements along with an
approved organic source of nitrogen. Yeast Vit is designed to ensure correction of nutrient deficiencies in wort. It will benefit yeast growth and promote complete fermentations, reducing lag time and improving yeast viability.
Add at the end of the wort boil, or mix with a small volume of wort (or clean water) and add to the fermenter. May also be used for cider or mead fermentations.
Dosage: 1 - 2 g per 20 liters.
