Go-Ferm Protect is a complex nutrient mix that helps dry yeast rehydrate properly.
Add to the rehydration water before adding the yeast.
Dosage: 3 g per 10 L of wine must (or 1.25 g per 1 g of dry yeast).
Works well with later use of Fermaid O or K.
