Fermaid O is a yeast nutrient that is optimal for fermentation of wine must from grapes, fruits and berries, from concentrate or juice. Also widely used for fermentation of mead and other honey-based beverages.

Fermaid O does not contain DAP (diammonium phosphate). Instead the nitrogen content derives from all-natural yeast hulls, which is easier for the yeast to digest, resulting in a smoother, more consistent fermentation

Fermaid O contains approximately 6,5 % N (nitrogen).

The normal dosage is 3 - 4 gram per 10 liters.
For optimal results, add half the dosage immediately after having added the yeast, and the remainder after 1/3 to 1/2 of the fermentation process.
