Used to ferment lagers under pressure in less than one week.
Ferments at room temperature (17 - 20 °C) under 1 bar until final gravity is obtained, generally one week. Lager at 2 °C, 1 bar, for 3 - 5 days to condition. Sulfur production is strong the first 2 days, then disappears by day 5.
The "Next Generation" pouch contains more yeast, in line with commercially recommended pitching rates, allowing you to pitch like the pros. No need for starters! One pouch is intended for 20 L of wort.
The screw cap makes the pouch easy to open, without the need for scissors.
