Tryckjäste en American Lager i 19 grader. Jästen gjorde sitt jobb och jäste ut rent och snyggt. Lite trög mot slutet, men det är ju ok. Klarnade riktigt fint med gelatin. Notera att jag bara provat jästen en gång, hittills, men ska precis till att brygga en pilsner på slurryn.
