Får inte igång min Sauvignon blanc, vi har gjort precis som det står, väntade 1 dygn och rörde nu om för att få in syre! Ska jag bara låta den stå?

Hej,
ibland är jäsningen aktivt utan att man kan se det. Ett enkelt sätt att ta reda på ifall det har jäst klart/stannat, är att göra en FG-mätning med några dagars mellanrum för att se vad som hänt med jäsningen.
