This is a West Coast IPA with Citra and Mosaic hops. The body is a light beer with a nice bitterness and an aroma with a lot of citrus and tropical fruit.
The malt extract is made from Weyermann® pilsner malt and Carapils®.
Includes: 4 kg of liquid Malt Extract Bavarian Pilsner (Weyermann®), 200 grams of hops Citra and Mosaic, and Fermentis Safale US-05 dry yeast.

Har aldrig tidigare bryggt på extrakt, utan bara helmalt. Måste säga att jag är snudd på förvånad hur god denna ale blev. För dig i tidsnöd men som ändå vill ha hemkokt, rekommenderar jag denna skarpt. Kommer definitivt att brygga öl på detta sätt igen när tiden inte räcker.
