Description

Article no.: MJ10581

Beer kit with liquid malt extract to make 23 liters of classic American IPA with fruity dry hops.

Inspired by Brew Dog's Elvis Juice Citrus IPA, this contains great citrus hop notes combined with grapefruit aroma to give an abundance of fruit on the nose. Sharp and tangy, the grapefruit complements and enhances the citrus character of the hops, making it refreshing, clean and crisp on the palate.

Mangrove Jack's extract kits are designed to make it easy to get started brewing beer. The beer kit requires minimal equipment as it is already boiled and only needs to be mixed with water in the fermentation vessel with the bitterness already added to the extract.

The only thing you need in addition to equipment is 1 kg of dextrose, 1 kg of Beer Enhancer or 1.2 kg of liquid malt extract, sold separately.

The kit also includes dry hops added after fermentation to provide complex tropical and fruity citrus notes.

The result is a balanced, malty and fruity IPA with medium bitterness.

Yeast: M44 US West Coast
Dry hops: Simcoe, Cascade
Bitterness: 3/5

Instructions are included in the bag but can also be found here below
