Extract kit for small batch brewing 5 l of IPA beer

Extract kit for fermenting ca 5 liters of lovely India Pale Ale (IPA) beer. Suitable for the small batch starter kit included in the George's Beer-series.
Brewing steps:
1. Remove the yeast sachet and put the malt extract pouch in a hot water bath for about 10 minutes.
2. Dissolve the malt extract in 1 liter of hot water and dilute with cold water up to 5 litres. We recommend keeping the total volume to ca 4.5 L to reduce the risk of overfoaming during fermentation, and to make the beer a bit more full of flavours.
3. When the wort is around 20 °C, sprinkle the yeast over the surface and attach the lid and airlock.
4. Put the fermentater in a calm place, at about 12 -15 °C.
This kit includes Hopped malt extract and yeast (ingredients for ca 5 l batch).
