The included yeast is a wheat ale yeast, which stays in suspension for a long time, giving the beer the characteristic cloudy apperance.
The LME is produced in a decoction mashing procedure from Weyermann® Wheat Malt, Pilsner
Malt and Carahell®.
Includes: 4 kg of Liquid Malt Extract from Weyermann®, Magnum and Saaz hops, and dry yeast Munich Classic Wheat (Lallemand).
