Beer kit with liquid malt extract to make 23 liters of Lager beer with dry hops.
A well bodied lager, golden and crisp. Light and malty with hints of vanilla, red fruits and a cleansing subtle bitterness to finish. The Liberty hops offer a mild, slightly spicy and floral flavour.
Mangrove Jack's extract kits are designed to make it easy to get started brewing beer. The beer kit requires minimal equipment as it is already boiled and only needs to be mixed with water in the fermentation vessel with the bitterness already added to the extract.
The only thing you need in addition to equipment is 1 kg of dextrose, 1 kg of Beer Enhancer or 1.2 kg of liquid malt extract, sold separately.
The kit also includes dry hops added after fermentation to provide some extra freshness from hops.
