Hur mycket socker per liter vört skall det tillsättas vid buteljering

Lagom sockergiva för att kolsyrejäsa på flaska är normalt 6-7 gram socker per liter öl. Exakt mängd beror på vilken kolsyrehalt du eftersträvar i ölet. Mer socker ger mer kolsyra.
