Three different hops from Yakima Chief Hops joins forces in this decidedly hoppy IPA. Aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, and pine combines with a mild malt character and a marked bitterness.

- Yeast: Fermentis SafAle US-05

Alcohol: 6,0 % vol
Colour: 12 °EBC
Bitterness: ca 70 IBU
For improved beer clarity, we recommend using finings in the wort boil.
Protafloc attracts haze-forming particles and settles out during chilling, making it easier to separate it from the clear wort. This results in a beer with less haze.
