Recipe kit in cooperation with the Swedish brewery Odd Island Brewing, for ca 22 liters of refreshing APA.
This is a staple brew from the brewery in Gothenburg, and it was first brewed in 2016 and has gone through several iterations since. But the base is still the same, with a pale ale that pairs fine with food, in the hammock, with soccer or Yatzy.
The hop varieties Citra and Nelson Sauvin gets this beer going, with fruity notes of citrus and stone fruits, and a bitterness that just balances against the slightly complex malt base.

For improved beer clarity, we recommend using finings in the wort boil.
Protafloc attracts haze-forming particles and settles out during chilling, making it easier to separate it from the clear wort. This results in a beer with less haze.
