Recipe kit with crushed malt for brewing 20 liters of beer.
Our definition of a sessionable beer is a fullflavoured ale with lots of delicious hop flavour and a firm bitterness. In this beer, the NZ hop varieties Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron and Wai-iti brings the citrusy and fruity aromas, and combines with a malty touch and a noticeable bitter finish. A beer for many seasons and sessions!

For improved beer clarity, we recommend using finings during the wort boil.
Protafloc attracts haze-forming particles and settles out during chilling, making it easier to separate it from the clear wort. This results in a beer with less haze.
