Recipe kit with crushed malt for brewing 20 liters of juicy IPA.
This New England IPA (or NEIPA) has a soft bitterness and smooth mouthfeel, and a nearly opaque appearance. The flavour profile is dominated by ripe mango, crisp citrus and tropical fruits. In short, a fruity juice of hoppiness!
Contains unmalted oats and wheat for a nice haze and a creamy mouthfeel. Combine this with a symphony of tropical fruits. The Cryo Pop hop blend gives aromas of mango, guava och strawberry, and Cryo Mosaic adds peach, stone fruits and citrus. Hops are primarily added post-boil in the whirlpool / hop stand and as dry hops to retain maximum impact of hop flavours.
Advanced brewing techniques like LoDo (Low Dissolved Oxygen) and fermenting under pressure are optional, but recommendable for this particular beer style. We recommend you use
Rice hulls in this mash to ease up the thick malt bed and get a better yield from the malt.
