Over the years, the farm has invested in equipment and drying patios to be able to better process the coffee. After the coffee has been picked and dried on the farm, it is delivered to COCARIVA for quality control and export. COCARIVE is a cooperative that also supports its growers by offering assistance from agronomists and technical experts.

Inte imponerad av denna kaffe. Smakar med örtighet och gröna blad.

Vid ljus rost, så luktar och smakar bönorna väldigt.. kanel? Brist på djup. Kanske godare vid mellanrost, men inte så intressant vid ljus.
