Jag har provat ett tjugotal gröna bönor. Dessa bönor är de jag är mest nöjd med. Jag rostar dem i 240° 12 min i Ikawa rostare. De passar då alldeles utmärkt till latte och presskaffe något sämre till espresso (ska prova lite andra rostningar). Jag tycker kaffet har en rund mjuk smak, inte så mycket syra eller beska. Mer åt kakao/nöt än frukt/syra. Mycket prisvärt. Mycket nära 5stjärnor.

Ett perfekt kaffe om man gillar att dricka grönt kaffe, som är väldigt nyttigt!
