Organic Gotlandic Smoked Malt

Handcrafted, small-scale produced, Gotlandic smoked malt from Sigdes farm in south-east Gotland, Sweden. The barley is grown on the farm and is certified organic and KRAV-approved. Dried using birch smoke, which gives the characteristic smoky taste.
