En inspirerande bok som jag inte läst klart ännu, men den tar upp det väsentliga inom de spännande Belgiska Trappist och Abbey-ölen mfl. När den är färdigläst så blir det två bryggningar i form av en ljus Trappist-Trippel och sedan en mörk Abbey. Båda med lite högre alkoholstyrka och för flaskjäsning på champagneflaskor o kork och sedan lagring. Boken även bra för att träna lite engelska och hålla hjärnan igång
