The experimental hop HBC 692 is commercialized with 2020 years harvest and has gotten the new name Talus. It's a daughter of Sabro and therefore it's easy to understand where it's gotten its strong aromatic profile from.
It's excellent for beer styles where you want a distinct fruitiness, for example APA, IPA, modern lager and saison.
Aroma: Strong aroma of blood grape, citrus peel, dried roses, spruce resin, tropical fruits and sage.
