Mosaic is sometimes called Citra on steroids. Boasting an intense and complex fruit and citrus aroma and flavor, it gives a juicy character and smooth bitterness.
Commonly used in modern ales such as New England IPA but it's also great in other modern styles from lagers to stouts where the a juicy fruitiness is desired.
Launched in 2012 by the Hop Breeding Company as the first daughter of Simcoe and Nugget. Today it is one of the fastest rising stars among American hops.
Aroma: Blood orange, mango, citrus, tropical fruits, stone fruits, and spruce tips.
