Balanced and versatile hops from Slovenia
Often used in belgian beer styles, ESBs and lagers.
Styrian Golding / Celeia is originally the English hop Fuggles, which has been cultivated in Slovenia for about a hundred years. The name is quite misleading as it is not related to Goldings. When imported from England under the name "Fuggles Goldings". A practice in the past when Goldings were considered to be of superior quality from Fuggle. The variety was fully adopted by Slovenia in 1930 when their other varieties were wiped out by the Powdery Mildew disease.
Aroma: Floral with distinct elements of lime and lemon.

Alpha acid (correct alpha value is printed on the package): 2 - 6 %
Cohumulone: 25 - 30 %
Total oils: 0,5 - 1,5 ml / 100 g
Storage stability (alpha acids): Very good
